We spread our wings globally to serve parrot lovers everywhere (excluding some Asian and remote areas). Here’s how we deliver your orders:
All our Cages and Stands are carefully disassembled for safe shipping, just as you’ll receive them.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that parrots can be particular about their Toys and Food. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how our return process works:
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened food items (including Parrot Seed blends and Parrot Treats)
- Chewed toys (such as used Chewable Toys and Foot Toys & Chews)
Our Simple Return Process
- Initiate Your Return (within 15 days of delivery)
Email our flock at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Return request details
- Reason for return
- Receive Authorization
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Package Your Items
Include all original packaging and accessories. For Cages and Stands, please disassemble as originally shipped.
- Ship Your Return
Use the carrier of your choice to our San Francisco facility. We recommend purchasing tracking as returns are your responsibility until received.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange
Refunds processed within 3 business days of receipt. Exchanges shipped via your preferred method once return is received.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items)
- International Returns: Refunds exclude any customs/duties fees
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Accessories arrived damaged or you received the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
- We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if needed
- Receive priority processing for replacement items
