Important Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food items (including Parrot Seed blends and Parrot Treats) or chewed toys (such as used Chewable Toys and Foot Toys & Chews). All other unused items in original packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Our Return Process
We’ve designed our return process to be as simple as teaching your parrot a new trick:
- Initiate Your Return (within 15 days of delivery)
- Email our flock at [email protected] with your order number and return request
- Use our ready-made template below to ensure we get all needed details
- Receive Authorization
- We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- For exchanges, we’ll confirm availability of your desired alternative
- Package Your Items
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- For Cages and Stands, please disassemble as originally shipped
- Ship Your Return
- Use the carrier of your choice to our San Francisco facility
- We recommend purchasing tracking (returns are your responsibility until received)
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange
- Refunds processed within 3 business days of receipt
- Exchanges shipped via your preferred method once return is received

Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our Supplements and Swings & Activity Toys:
- Processing Time: 3 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for damaged/incorrect items)
- International Returns: Refunds exclude any customs/duties fees
